Thank you for your interest in our products. This page contains some general notes.

• Please contact us before placing your first order to receive your buying conditions and to register as a reseller with us.
• Important:
  
  The end customer(s) have to register with us. You have two possibilities:
  
  1. (default) You receive the software including a preliminary license code. The customer has to register the software with us to be able to use it permanently. This can be done by sending in the registration card which comes with the product or by using the online form.
  
  2) You send us the addresses of the customers and we will send you the already registered unlimited software.
  
  You should inform your customers that it is necessary to register with us. The requested data does only comprise the mailing address and will be kept confidential. It will in no way be made accessible to third parties. The registration solely aims to fight against software piracy.
  
  If a customer is not willed to provide his data, it is possible to register his version under the name of the reseller. However, support and updates are only available for registered customers.
• Updates will not be sold via resellers.
• Please inform us if you should require a German product (installation instruction sheet, packaging, etc.).
